Little late night doodle. Lineart from 2 nights ago, color last night.
Eddy and Mira, summer of 1923
Let’s put it simple <D Eddy was more a sort of a toy of Mira more than his friend
andshewillbeatoyofhimlateraskdhasldlaskdjalskjd, and doing strange hairdos in his hair was just one of the many things Mira used to do to him <DNot much else to say 8D Just, babus ♥
Let’s just take a moment to appreciate his face.
LOL Right, toys.
It’s a wonder how this kid turned out straight. XD
I actually think this was pretty responsible. Rather than banning it outright, which would result in kids wanting to rebel even more, she offers it in her home where she can control the amount people drink. Good on ya, Mrs George. You’re a cool mom.
She also offered her daughter a condom when she was hooking up with a guy instead of freaking out and kicking the guy out of the house.

In 2006 we made this little burger meal for a competition on Craftster.org. It got quite a bit of online traffic at the time. Couldn’t find the links, so I re-edited and uploaded these for Parisa.
Me and Mr L put it together, and all the food was edible: baby onion, american cheese, baby gherkin, homemade bun, handcut fries. I made the tray and the drink out of polymer clay and printed up the Craftster branding.
I remember posting somewhere once in a thread about why girls aren’t exploited in animation anymore where some guy said, “all the disney girls are drawn to be generally attractive, but I don’t think there are any eye-candy men… or are there? Are there any Disney men that lots of girls like?” and I mentioned Roger. Tons of girls replied agreeing with me and the original guy was like “wait, Roger? from 101 Dalmatians? What’s attractive about him, he’s tall and lanky and has a big nose, he isn’t muscley at all! Wouldn’t you all prefer Gaston or something? Or do you girls think his big nose is indicative of something else?” and I was like “no, you idiot, he’s a silly, goofy guy who likes animals and can play a bunch of instruments, that’s why he’s attractive. What’s the matter with you? Gaston, seriously?”
This is why we need more girls in animation. And more guys like Roger apparently.
This is why I laugh my ass of whenever dudes talk about how men are “objectified” by the media too. Because 9 times out of 10, what men think is “women objectifying men” are characters like Gaston.
And Gaston is NOT a woman-driven fantasy. Gaston is a male wish fulfillment fantasy. Gaston is not what women want, he is what men want to be. He is hyper-masculinity to an extreme degree, dripping with sexism and testosterone. The fact that men think that Gaston is what women want says an awful lot about those men.
While I don’t want to generalize, female fans tend to prefer a very different kind of male hero. We like the Rogers, the Milos, the Hercules. Genuinely kind, often awkward men who are sometimes vulnerable and respectful to women.
Yes, this is a generalization. I own up to that. But I think it’s important to remember that there is often VERY big difference between what MEN want to be and what women (not all of whom are even attracted to men) WANT to see in our media.
Roger is by far one of the appealing male Disney characters and these comments are so brilliant. It’s actually pretty difficult to find women who like ultra-ripped men who never feel vulnerable or shaken by anything. A lot more guys would know this if they actually asked girls what it is we like and why we like them. There’s a reason why a lot of chicks go for the villains - because they’re everything the macho male-fulfillment hero is not.
Which isn’t to say that women don’t love several male-fulfillment heroes, but it’s for different reasons than men think. We find Superman attractive because he’s naive, optimistic, dependable, and a really lovable dork, not because he’s invincible and the size of a truck. He’s always there for Lois and he doesn’t feel threatened by the fact that she’s the best and smartest reporter at The Daily Planet. Her intelligence and assertive attitude isn’t threatening, it’s appealing to him. We love Batman because as hard as he tries to conceal the wounds of his past, he still grapples with them and every now and again lets someone in as we see with his many friendships and adopted wards. He’s also incredibly intelligent and knows perfectly well that when he’s womanizing, spendthrift, partying Bruce Wayne, he’s being a douchebag. It’s completely on purpose. It’s his impression of the people he has to rub elbows with, his way of blending in, when the real him is so much deeper than that.
I don’t want to write purely from the ‘all girls want a guy who is a project they can fix’ angle, but what I do want to say is that it’s possible so many women respond to guys who are sensitive or secretly troubled or just really respectful and damn good listeners because we don’t get to see it as often in real life as we’d like. Society has decided that men shouldn’t be romantic, just horny; men should be stoic and always cool, not earnest; men should never feel deep despair in response to a tragedy but instead violent anger. And unfortunately, this society was designed by mostly male voices, just as male-wish-fulfillment characters are, and so it’s no wonder why several guys don’t understand female tastes. There’s a lot that goes into it, but I think the biggest thing is that the idea of what an attractive female is as defined by society is so specific and exclusive that we’re just going to keep churning out characters who meet that quota over and over. No wonder why real women are so “disappointing” to real men, because trying to hold us up to the standard of an unachievable male fantasy is unfair and impossible. Meanwhile females are shown every kind of male character under the sun, and we’re allowed to pick and choose what we like because the sky’s the limit there. It just blows knowing that so many writers don’t get it when we don’t respond to a character made with only male fantasies in mind, not ours.

For one thing, Roger also seems like a very fun guy, who enjoys what he does and sweet to the people and animals he cares about. Look at how he’s animated- full of activity and unique looking.

New small OC I made with Nova, she’s Lauren Thompson and she owns a Cafe in North City.
That’s all I’m saying about her for now. :P
Hairstyle is similar to something I saw here on tumblr, I tried something new with eyebrows and lips, she has cute freckles, the eye-style is something you’ve seen before in FMA but you probably never realized you did. I did because I’m cool like that. They’re like 03 Wrath’s, and I think Dorochet has that too.
She is so cool! ouo
Her upper lip shape which is very original ouo And her hair! Her hair… <3
Thanks! I definitely had a moment of inspiration when I made her XD
No, you don’t understand.
This actually happens.
We got a 16 year old boy on our unit once, because Pediatrics was full, and it’s about 1 in the morning and all the nurses are at the nurses station having a break and we’re all talking and having a laugh and then all of a sudden this kids heart monitor just goes CRAZY.
So we call the code and I grab the crash cart and about 6 of us just take off running down the hall and we bust in the room and this kid is just sitting there with his hand around his junk looking MORTIFIED.
So we just sort of backed out of the room quietly, walked calmly to the stairwell, and had a total and complete hysterical breakdown.
It was the funniest shit ever.
Omigod so many nurses have told me stories like these.
DON’T JERK OFF IN THE HOSPITAL

I’m not satanic but these are some damn good rules.
satan does not support rape, animal cruelty, or child abuse
when walking in open territory, bother no one. if someone bothers you, ask them to stop. if they do not stop, destroy them.
*Today on I Didn’t Know I was a Satanist*
I agree with all of these rules…I’m really uncomfortable now
Oh well.

kuro-vortex92 replied to your post: That drink Ed’s always drinking is not Orange juice. It looks more like tea or apple juice. Orange juice is yellow ad opaque.Orange soda!IT’S ORANGE FANTA. OBVIOUSLY.I can see that. More so than the Orange juice.
Well it’s either that or definitely some sort of juice, that much I know, because tea’s transparent. I’m just not sure about soda for the time period, when was it invented?
